Processed cheese can be used in many ways in the kitchen. Our processed cheese preparations are ideal for seasoning and refining sauces or soups. The Emmental cheese sauce is ready to serve directly and available with various fat contents.
When it comes to slicing cheese for buffets or counters, our rolls of cheese, for example the variety smoked cheese, and also the rectangular Chester and Emmental block are the ideal choice. Our Emmental cubes are also very popular for further processing. For the production of pizza we have special cheese strings that can be incorporated perfectly into the outer edge (“stuffed crust”).
