We dice the cheese of your choice in the size you require.
In addition to the standard varieties, we also have experience in processing Gorgonzola, goat’s cheese and Camembert. There is a wide range of applications, for example for sprinkling, as a topping for gratins, for chicken and cheese nuggets, cheese patties or boiled sausages with cheese.
