Whether in warm dishes or pastries, Etelser Rahmfrisch is heat stable and bake stable, making it ideal for further processing. It goes without saying that it has an easy-to-spread and stir-stable consistency. All products from the Rahmfrisch range can be refined with herbs and other ingredients to create traditional dips and spreads. Our Etelser Rahmfrisch is characterised by its striking white appearance and the typical fresh cream cheese flavour. The 1.5 kg tray has a tamper-evident closure and is resealable. All buckets are sealed with foil and covered with a resealable slip lid.
