We produce grated cheese, in accordance with the customer’s requirements, from the following cheeses:
- Edam
- Gouda
- Emmental
- Mozzarella
- Chester red / white
- Cheddar and Mozzarella mix
- Parmesan / Hard cheese
- or a cheese of your choice
The following sizes are possible:
- fine-grain 2-4 mm
