We produce specially shaped cheese for the processing industry.

You are able to choose between processed cheese, cheese preparation with or without emulsifying salts and natural cheese. In addition to the different varieties, we can also produce a wide range of formats:

- Cheese slices
- Cheese bars / blocks
- Cheese cubes, Cheese sticks
- Grated cheese
- Mixtures of different cheeses

In addition to standard varieties such as Gouda, Edam and Emmental, we also have experience in processing “problematic” cheeses such as Gorgonzola, goat’s cheese, Camembert and Feta. We will be happy to realise your individual requests regarding shape, colour and taste.
