As part of the BGM, we derive measures to help improve the well-being of our employees. These include a wide range of health services such as vaccinations and regular check-ups. We want to ensure that our employees are healthy and satisfied, as their health is directly linked to our joint success. We also attach great importance to a family working atmosphere.
